Also april is national poetry month >:D
1st question is “did the book feel real to you?” Yes, this book was very relatable and realistic, even thought a mouse (Stuart) talks and acts as a normal person in the human world. He is treated as if he’s just like everyone else. I think this is a lesson to treat others fairly even if there different.
Also im not done with the book yet so there will be more posts!
Stuart little is a new book that i’m reading for S.S.R, i’m currently in chapter 7 pg 45. The main character in this book is Stuart little, who is a mouse in the family of people. I’m not sure what time frame this book is in but i’m asuming its probably not present day. this book is located in New York i’m not sure what city but i know its somewhere in New York. HAPPY NEW YEAR 2024!!! this year i did’int really think about a new years resolution but there still are thing i want to acomplish in the new year. one thing is to be a better artist:) im going to try to do this by scetching weekly if i have time and looking at Pinterest more often for ideas!
For my book club I’m reading Stuart Little, ive alreddy read a little bit of the book.
and this is a brand new book to me
(SPOILERS!!!) The book is about a dog named Sparky, who has a magic bone that when he bites into it, it goes BOOM BOOM 💥 and he goes to somewhere random around the world. And learns about the jobs of the dogs there. One adventure he goes to Texas and he finds himself in a rodeo when he meets a country dog named Rex. Rex teaches Sparky all about the types of foods at the rodeo.
i would recommend this to someone who likes action and adventure.
If u haven’t seen dress coded part 1 you should go read it. ( btw SPOILERS!!) So in the book lots of Molly’s friends get dress coded for wearing tank tops on hot days or having spigeti straps (cause the teachers think that these clothes distract everyone from learning). so they report this so they can get a petition but that doesn’t work, so they make posters to protest. in the morning before school molly and her friends walk in and hang up all the posters (they got caught). because people told the principal about Molly’s podcast and how she’s been trying to compromise the dress code. Because of the posters molly gets detention for vandalism even though posters are not vandalism.
Dress Coded is a book about a podcast were they talk about unfair dress coding at Fishermiddle school. The main characters name is Molly and she interveiws her friends on the the podcast, Mr.Couchman is the treacher who dress codes everyone and his friend Fingertip. Molly is 14 years old and has a brother named Danny and the rest of it is just about like some of the drama or things she has to face as a 14 year old.
i recently went to Alaska for cousin Cloe’s wedding. (btw that’s not how to spell her name) also Alaska is 3 hours earlyer than Texas so on the first night i went to sleep at 11:00 but in Texas it was 2:00 so i was sooooo tired. and i could almost never text my friends cause are time was so different cause during the day we went on hikes and explored. lots of people say everything is bigger in Texas but i changed my mind, cause pharmcys were as big as grocery stores and the ice cream……… so big i could’int even finsh it. also i got to see all of my cousins Cloe, Baily, Maddie, and some more…….
hello this is my first year at prince of peace and so far its nice and i like it a lot and i’m really excited to see how the rest of the school year goes.
three things i like about popcs is
1- everyone is very nice
2- the food is very tasty >:D
3- my mom likes this school
